About us

Makers Mews has been the ‘make, share + repair’ venue in Ivybridge for the last 4 years. We’ve provided coworking spaces and support for Makers and Designers, teach classes, host events and talks, and share and fix belongings. Built from repurposed salvaged materials, Makers Mews was housed in a 300 year old barn, overlooking the River Erme and the original ‘Ivy’ bridge our town was named after.  In November 2024 we sadly had to give up the site, as the owner had other plans.

What we do

We’re currently regrouping and working out our next steps. Our vision is to have more people valuing stuff and skills, by fixing, sharing and redistributing.
