The North Devon Coast National Landscape is holding a wildlife discovery event on the stunning coastal land surrounding Atlantic Academy, Bideford, in June. The National Lottery Heritage Project, Finding Nature’s Footprints, is bringing a “BioBlitz” to the area which will bring together students and the local community to search for and identifying as much wildlife as possible.

Experts will be on hand to guide people through habitats such as wildflower meadows, temperate rainforests, ponds, and rockpools.

Join in the events to learn about the nature in your local area and help us with some wildlife recording. Families with curious minds, who are wanting to learn more about their local wildlife, are encouraged to attend.
