As CAG Devon group members your groups must provide up to date risk assessments.

Please see below a collection of risk assessment templates for a wide range of community events. If you can’t find a risk assessment that suits your activities or events, please reach out as we are able to help develop new templates for CAG Devon members.

Please read the health and safety briefing before you use the risk assessment templates. Please be aware that these templates are generic. They MUST be reviewed and adapted to your specific event or activity. There is also a blank onsite amendment. You must take an amendment sheet with you to the activity as well.
