You may need to bring spare parts with you (e.g. the right sized zip) or buy them in our local\, friendly shops. SUMMARY:Ashburton Repair Cafe
DESCRIPTION:Ashburton Repair Cafe offers in-house repairs of many items including electrics\, fabric garments\, furniture\, toys\, tool sharpening and more. As well as repairing items\, we’re a cafe as well. People drop in for tea\, coffee and delicious cake\, as well as those waiting whilst a repairer looks at their item. \nWe welcome everyone from our local area\, including Ashburton\, but people come from Buckfastleigh\, Newton Abbot\, Totnes and Bovey Tracey. We have been running this much loved and needed service since November 2018. \nWe’re open for repairs\, and Jill’s delicious cakes\, scones\, and more on the first Saturday of each month\, at St Andrew’s Church Hall\, between 10am and 1pm. \nDuring the pandemic\, we ran a ‘phone and drop’ repair service. We’re continuing this. To book a slot\, call us on 07761 045146 to book a slot.
