DESCRIPTION:Come along to the West Devon Wildlife Warden Scheme and Parklife (SW)’s meadow creation events in Tavistock to help transform local green spaces in into lively wildflower meadows. \nThis is a wonderful opportunity for all West Devon residents to dive in\, work hands-on\, and gain real experience in building new habitats. \nWork with us to prepare the sites and proceed with sowing wildflower seeds from local supplier\, Goren Farm. The combination of perennial wildflowers and grasses will establish a biodiverse habitat which supports key pollinators\, including bees and butterflies\, as well as small mammals. \nPlease wear appropriate footwear/clothing and bring your own lunch/drink.
