DESCRIPTION:Our monthly session at the Crediton Eco Hub involves sewing totebags from reclaimed fabric as well as related voluntary actions like sorting\, cutting\, and ironing fabric\, printing our project logo to fabric\, and laying out designs for stitchers. DESCRIPTION:We’ll be repairing at Tiverton Library\, our regular home. \nWe’re here\, every second Saturday of the month\, 9.30am – 12.30pm. \nWhat can we mend?  We’ll have a go at most items\, however\, as we are volunteer run it does depend on who is available on the day.\nWe do need to see the item to judge if it can be repaired.  If in doubt\, bring it along. Our aim is to reduce the amount going into landfill\, and to repair stuff to save the planet resources\, and you money.\n\nWe don’t have bookable slots\, but come along. You may have to wait a short while\, but we’re in the library\, so you can have a look at what they offer.\nRepairs are free – donations are welcome. \nSee you soon.

DESCRIPTION:Join Proper Job and local basket weaver Linda Lemieux for a Christmas willow wreath workshop at Endecott House\, Chagford\, Saturday 14th December 2pm-4.30pm. \nTalented basket maker Linda from Wood and Rush will teach you the art of weaving your own sustainable willow wreath ring that you can reuse year after year. Once your wreath ring is complete Proper Job will be on hand to help you decorate and personalise your wreath with greenery and seasonal decorations. All equipment is provided but if you have anything specific you would like to add to your wreath such as dried or fresh flowers\, or feathers\, then please do bring them along. \nTickets cost £30 to include festive refreshments. Please bring secateurs if you have them. \nEndecott House is located on the High Street in Chagford next to the Three Crowns Hotel. Please note there is no parking at the venue but the pubic carpark is situated just up the road and there is some on street parking opposite.
